CHEF JUAN SAENZ
After graduating from the Culinary Institute, I moved to Kaua`i to pursue my passion as a chef. It's here I met the love of my life, Noelle, and we've been blessed with four incredible kids - Kadence, Navaeh, Haniya and baby Mila.
I've been fortunate to lend my creative culinary talents to some of the most beloved restaurants on Kaua'i. Now, with my new state-of-the-art food trailer, I'll be cooking for my community using locally-sourced farm-fresh ingredients to make delicious breakfast favorites.
